  • If your business has  multiple locations, it would be better to group them according to the specific place/region, as you can tailor the content to fit the needs and interests of people in that area. 
  • Making use of this will encourage engagement and customers will feel as if they are being individually catered for, rather than as a collective. 
  • Having multiple social media accounts allows the customer to choose what type of content, they would want to receive.

Con’s

  • On the contrary, having many social media accounts can confuse your customers, they might start seeing less of your value and purpose. 
  • There will be more work for social media managers/analysts, and they may become exhausted.
  • If you don’t have any tools to assist them in the process of management, it might be time to reconsider your way of doing things. 
  • Your brand management and image may suffer if you leave different departments to see to their own social media account.
